Are delivery robots safe around residents and patients?
Service robots are designed to share space with people. They slow down and stop for obstacles, and any robot should be included in your work health and safety risk assessment, including how it handles people using walkers or wheelchairs.
Can a robot use our lifts?
Many delivery robots can ride lifts between floors once they're integrated with your lift system. A specialist will talk through what your building needs.
What about cameras and privacy?
